We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will  offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and  if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for delivery and returning your item. Free shipping will be waived for returns caused not by our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and Free shipping (when return not caused by our error) will be deducted from your refund.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once your order has shipped , it is in the care of either USPS or FedEx, whichever was noted on your shipment confirmation. BA Skin Lab is not responsible for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to the respective shipping carrier. We are happy to provide you with necessary information needed to file a claim with the shipping provider.
